A few details to help you prepare for our big day...
Please kindly respond by December 1st, 2026, so we can finalize our numbers with our caterer and venues.
Black Tie Optional. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Think floor-length gowns or long dresses. For men, please wear tuxedos or dark-colored suits with a tie. Mass will be held in a Catholic Church and will call for a great degree of reverence. Please be respectful in dress during the mass, including the length and fit of dresses.
We love your little ones! Children under 4 years of age are more than welcome to join us, though please note they will not be assigned their own formal seating in order to maximize space. Any children over the age of 4 must be explicitly listed on your RSVP to attend.
The Nuptial Mass at St. Teresa of Avila and the main reception at Sacred Heart will both be held indoors. However, weather permitting, we will be hosting a lovely cocktail hour in the beautiful outdoor garden area at Sacred Heart before moving inside for the evening!
Yes! Both the church in Grovetown and the Cultural Center in Augusta have ample, free parking available on-site for all of our guests.
We are incredibly blessed to have a large number of loved ones wanting to celebrate with us! Due to strict venue capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on your invitation. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS)
The most convenient option. AGS is a quick 15-minute drive from downtown Augusta and our reception venue.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta (ATL)
Often offers more direct flights and better rates. ATL is about a 2-hour and 15-minute drive to the Augusta area.

We have secured a courtesy block of rooms starting at $149/night. Located right downtown, this hotel is less than a mile from our reception at the Sacred Heart Cultural Center.

Rental Cars & Rideshares
While Uber and Lyft are readily available in the downtown Augusta area near the reception, we recommend renting a car if you are flying into Atlanta or wish to easily travel between Grovetown and Augusta.
